iOS 13 update is now rolling out for iPhone 6 and above smartphones. The update is available for iPhone 6 and above and for iPhone SE and 7th Gen iPod touch. Here’s how you can download and install the update on your device.

Apple is now launching its latest iOS 13 update for the iPhone, which adds several new features to all eligible devices. iOS 13 adds a system-wide dark mode for handsets, which will make the eye-catching iOS interface a bit easier. Also, once Dark Mode is enabled, all native apps boot into Dark Mode and through an API, third party developers can also apply Dark Mode to their apps. There are also many more features that iOS 13 adds such as performance upgrades, a new photos tab, camera updates, increased privacy and much more.

The list of devices that received the iOS 13 update includes the iPhone 6s and above, the 7th generation iPod touch, iPhone SE and more. To upgrade to the latest version, plug in your iPhone to charge and connect it to a Wi-Fi. Navigate to the General tab in your device’s settings and select Software Update to begin the process. After checking for an update, the iPhone will automatically download and install the update. Your device will reboot after installation, which is nothing out of the ordinary. While the iOS 13 update is now out for iPhones, Apple will soon release the iOS 13.1 and iPadOS updates. In fact, the company has confirmed to The Verge that they will release new iOS patches and iPadOS updates six days ahead of schedule, on September 24th. iOS 13.1 will bring some updates that are not included in iOS 13. Ability to share ETA on Apple Maps, Siri shortcut action and more. In addition, we can expect some bug fixes for the iOS 13 update now available.

For iPadOS, this is a new operating system that Apple has created for its iPads. The company is refraining from using iOS on its tablets and iPadOS, saying it will focus more on bringing a desktop-like experience to iPads.
