Samsung B5310 CorbyPro – TouchWiz UI, QWERTY, Wi-Fi and GPS, under money. 13,900 detailed reviews
Samsung has released another Corby variant called ‘B5310 CorbyPro’. It incorporates the TouchWiz user interface and features a large 2.8-inch screen with a screen resolution of 240 x 320, a 16 million color QVGA touchscreen and an integrated GPS receiver with A-GPS support. The black variant we got is the only color available on this phone. It has an elegant and stylish horizontal slider QWERTY keypad that is painted red. The front panel has a glossy black finish with ‘Select’, ‘Call Answer’ and ‘Call Disconnect’ buttons. The contours of the body are well rounded to enable a comfortable grip to hold the mobile in the palm of your hand. The battery cover is coated in snow-white and contrasts well with the black cover on the front and side.

The QWERTY keypad layout is neat with beveled key marking. Number keys, navigation keys and special keys have been marked in chaco-brown for ease of identification and to enhance the attractive aesthetics of the keypad. It transmits a 3.15MP camera (supports a maximum of 2048x1536p resolution), a microSD slot that can be upgraded up to 16GB, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g and a rich assortment of features like Bluetooth. The TouchWiz interface also includes widget features, including a built-in mini-application, which can be activated with a finger swipe or gesture. It allows users to drag widgets from the left panel of the screen and drop them anywhere on the home screen. Pre-loaded widgets include: Google Search, YouTube, Calendar, Calculator and several games.

The touchscreen interface provides a vibrating response when an icon is selected or a message or number is typed on the screen using the touchscreen keypad. This phone seems to be Crush-HappyOccasionally and randomly frozen, sometimes all by itself Memory address dump error.

The user has no choice but to use this bug Remove the battery And Start again The phone. Hardware QWERTY keypad well arranged. The onscreen keyboard has convenient spacing and it provides some precision. We found it to be quite ideal for typing long messages and dialing phone numbers easily. Another impressive feature is an auto-fill feature that saves previously dialed numbers in the phone’s memory, even if the user forgets to add them to his contact list.

Judgment:
The Samsung Korby could come as a decent social networking phone because of the hardware keyboard, if it was more stable. The Samsung B5310 CorbyPro has performed well in build quality and ergonomics tests, with well-designed body contour, user-friendly menu interface and consistent touch response. It was a good outing in the call clarity test, except for the loudspeaker test where it delivers rough voice overtones at high volume and also produces bad voice clarity. However, it did take a downward slide in capturing photo and video quality tests with a poor performance with Sony Ericsson’s Yari, Samsung S5620 Monte, LG GW550 and LG GT505; The camera test in the BlackBerry Curve 8520 category seems to be the worst. Overall, the B5310 CorbyPro is an average touchscreen phone with good multimedia features, Wi-Fi and GPS at an affordable price.
